Wutan is committed to promoting healthy
living through traditional martial arts training, working towards the common goal of
making the world a better place to hand down to our children.
Through promoting traditional
martial arts training Wutan assists many people in
improving the quality of their life by helping them to reclaim a healthier
lifestyle, cultivating their poise and coordination, and helping them to
gain confidence, self esteem and a sense of well-being.
Wutan brings together people of different abilities, gender,
race and religious backgrounds, uniting them as a family of brothers and
sisters in the positive learning environment of the training class.

In Wutan you will find kindness, friendship, hope and a
positive outlook.
Discrimination on grounds of gender, age, race, disability,
religion or belief orientation causes alienation, resentment, fear, anger, hate and a sense of
powerlessness. Such negativity can transform into social and psychological
problems, creating disharmony in oneself, family and society.
Wutan UK respects the rights, dignity and worth of every person and will treat everyone equally within the context of their chosen martial art or Chi
Kung, regardless of age, ability, gender, race, ethnicity, religious belief,
sexuality or social/economic status.
Wutan
UK is committed to everyone having the right to enjoy their Chi Kung
or martial art(s) in an environment free from threat of
intimidation, harassment and abuse.
All
Wutan UK members have a responsibility to encourage harmony in our school
as well as oppose discriminatory behaviour and promote equality of
opportunity.
The
School will deal with any incidence of discriminatory behaviour seriously,
according to club disciplinary procedures.
